Indigenous Prosecco Brut

If you want a fun, drinkable, reasonably priced bubbly for the holiday season, one that your guests will enjoy, but also isn’t so refined that you’ll feel guilty spiking with a flavored liqueur should the mood strike, Indigenous Prosecco is the answer. Produced from small, family vineyards in Treviso, Italy, without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemicals, it has a clean and balanced flavor and just the right effervescence.

Like many Proseccos, Indigenous is super food-friendly and can be paired with a variety of cuisines and flavors. Its crisp minerality highlights the apple, peach and ripe pear notes that mellow to a creamy finish. Served at the beginning of the meal with any variety of hors d’oeuvres, or as a delightful accompaniment to the dessert course, it surely will not disappoint.

Pleasant companion for: Cheese and charcuterie, toasted spiced nuts, smoked fish, spicy or ethnic food, light meats, seafood, fresh vegetables (crudites) and dips or spreads, creamy desserts or fruit based tarts and pies.

Try with our Roasted Beet, Pear and Stilton Endive Boats.
